Growing up the son of two Parks & Rec professionals, parks have always had a special place in my heart. I knew my culminating degree project had to align with my passion, so I chose a parks project. Working with State Park employees and archived assets, I created a t-shirt set, stickers, and a hand-bound book. I blended modern trends and a vintage style unique to the Park’s original newsletters. I did market research to identify demand and applied this information to sell the t-shirts, with permission from the state park.
